Q: I see you have your pricing set for 4ft x 8ft section sizes only. Do you make other sizes?
A: Yes. While our dock designs are based on a 4ft x 8ft size, we routinely manufacture variations of those designs based on specific customer needs. If you require customization, it is best to inquire during the off-season as summer work load can often cause long delivery times for custom work.
Q: I've decided which style of Besmade Dock I would like, how do I proceed?
A: Once you have communicated your needs,we will write you a formal estimate and Email it to you so everyone is sure of expectations. To secure your order, we require a 50% deposit on aluminum and galvanized steel dock products. Balance is due on delivery.
Q: Do you perform seasonal installations and removals?
A: We are currently unable to perform seasonal removals and installations. We may be able to recommend a dock removal service.
Q: I'm a new cottage owner and am unsure of what I need for docks. Do you do site visits?
A: Not only do we make site visits, we prefer them! Every situation is unique and there is no better way to dial in a customer's exact needs than to get a first hand look at the application. Visits are always no charge.
Q: I have an old dock in need of repair. Do you do that type of work?
A: Sorry, we are unable to repair docks not manufactured by Bestmade at this time.
